Lift Through the Shift is a 6 week strength and conditioning program thoughtfully designed for women navigating pre-menopause, peri-menopause, or menopause.

This holistic program combines CrossFit-style training with targeted mobility, lifting, and core work — all tailored to support your evolving needs and promote long-term health.

What You Can Expect:
